Delivery Information

The following discounts will be automatically calculated at checkout. The values are based on order values excluding VAT and before any delivery charges are applied:

Orders over £500 will automatically receive a 5% discount
Orders over £1000 will automatically receive a 10% discount
Orders over £1500 will automatically receive a 15% discount

Fast Delivery
Normally NEXT BUSINESS WORKING day if the order is placed before 12Noon and all items you have ordered are in stock.

If timing is critical, select the guaranteed next day delivery by 12 Noon option. There is a delivery supplement of £12.00+VAT for this service, but this option will ALWAYS ensure your order leaves us same day if the order is placed before 12 noon and all stock is available.

Delivery Charges:

For orders between £75 and £300 - Normal Delivery is £6.91+VAT
For orders between £75 and £300 - Guaranteed 12Noon Next Day Delivery is £12.00+VAT

For orders between over £300 - Normal Delivery is FREE
For orders between over £300 - Guaranteed 12Noon Next Day Delivery is £12.00+VAT

There is a supplement of £10+VAT chargeable on all oversized and heavy items including real and artificial Christmas trees. Your basket will show the additional cost as checkout. This charge will be applied irrespective of the value of your order.
