Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your purchases.

Distance Selling Regulations do not apply to Business to Business purchases or delivery to a business address.

If you have faulty or damaged goods please notify us within 48 hrs of receipt, we will arrange a refund or replacement if available. 

Delivery charges are refunded only if goods are faulty.

Returns of unwanted items are at the discretion of CBUK and must be requested within 7 days of receipt of products.

Any items that are customized,  printed or embroidered to the customers’ requirements are non-returnable/refundable
